(I know this because I've been through it first hand starting at the age of 13)

Because the problem isn’t that she needs to improve her skills.
Instead, it's her mindset and the lack of confidence she has in herself that's blocking her ability to play to her full potential.
But I get it.
I understand that you want your daughter to have more confidence in her life and in her sport, but she’s having a hard time making any real progress.
I know that’s frustrating and you may feel like its your fault.
But guess what, it’s not. It makes sense to do what you've been doing (more training or courses)...
Except the reality is that you can’t out-train low confidence. You have to address it at the root level.
There's a (much) better way.
I know that because not only have I experienced it first hand, I've seen it happen over and over again as a coach.
And I'd like to share what I've learned along the way throughout my playing and coaching career.
Not just the strategies and concepts that sort-of-worked one time.
But real-time, in-the-trenches coaching and mentorship, from someone who's been where she's been and where she wants to go.

A 4-month mentorship program empowering girl athletes to cultivate COMPLETE confidence through weekly group coaching calls, monthly challenges, and a community of other amazing girl athletes!

PROGRAM PILLARS
These 3 pillars make up the foundation of our program in order to empower your daughter to cultivate confidence, become emotionally and physically resilient, and confidently navigate relationships.
PILLAR #1
CONNECTION TO SELF
This is our core pillar focusing on confidence, mindset, emotions, and developing a solid relationship with herself. By strengthening her connection to herself, she'll be able to:
- Believe in herself as an athlete and person to access her full potential in sport and life
- Confidently navigate challenges that come with being a girl athlete
- Have the confidence to be her authentic self
We will have two dedicated coaching calls per month specific to this pillar.
PILLAR #2
CONNECTION TO BODY
This pillar will focus on empowering your daughter through movement in order to increase strength and resilience. By strengthening her connection to her body she'll be able to:
- Develop strength and resilience to handle the forces of her sport and life
- Learn how to get out of her head and trusting her natural instincts on the field/court
- Develop healthy movement habits for a lifetime
We will have one dedicated call per month with challenges dedicated to movement.
PILLAR #3
CONNECTION TO OTHERS
This pillar will empower your daughter to build strong relationships, navigate comparison, and improve her leadership. By strengthening her connection to others she'll be able to:
- Improve confidence in her ability to lead and communicate with others
- Better navigate relationships with family, friends, teammates, and coaches
- Learn how to navigate judgement, comparison, and conflict with others
We will have one call per month dedicated to this pillar.

HEY, I'M SHAY!
I've been in your daughter's shoes. Just like your daughter, I thought I was alone, that I was the only girl on my team who felt that I wasn’t good enough… and I almost quit because of it at the age of 15.
Even in college, while I was playing soccer at the Division I level, I was first in line on the confidence roller coaster.
It wasn't until my senior year that I realized that I had the power turn my career around by changing my mindset and improving my confidence.
